Easton Business Centre


Easton Business Centre has one Meeting room available for hire between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Mon-Fri by on-site licensees and external organisations.

The Conference Room is situated next to our Reception,  and can seat people in a board room style,  currently safely seating 6 – 12 people in a socially distanced environment.

It is a light and spacious room suitable for training events, one to one talks.

We are keeping our covid 19 guidelines in place, at the moment, the intention is that social distancing is of paramount importance. 

Face masks are mandatory in the common areas prior to entering the room. There is a hand sanitiser in the entrance to the reception area and one in the conference room.  Once within the room, masks can be removed.

There is a Track and Trace QR code present in the room, please can you use this to check-in on entry.

Crockery and beverages will be available along with milk, and water from the machine within the room.

The room will be cleaned after every meeting to the covid 19 expected standard so there will be an hour break between bookings to allow for this.

We have an onsite caterer – Gopal’s Heather Simmonds  who can arrange vegetarian fare so please email to arrange any food required yourselves.

Please note – we will now need a 60 min gap between bookings. For example, if there is a booking which finishes at 1.00pm, you will need to reserve your booking to start from 2.00pm. If in doubt please call us!

Included in the hire charge –  Self-service tea and coffee, flipchart and pens, data projector and screen if required and wi-fi.  Please advise Reception of your requirements when you confirm your booking on the online booking form or by calling 0117 941 5800. All charges are subject to VAT.

AV screen – Included in the hire charge of the Conference Room is the use of a 55″ high-resolution monitor with speakers.

In-house client discounts – Our licensees benefit from discounted rates.

How to book – Check availability on the below calendar for the conference room or by calling Reception on 0117 941 5800.  Subject to availability, you MUST confirm the booking by completing the Booking form below and you will receive an email once this has been confirmed by Reception. Payment is required before the start date of the meeting if you are not an existing licensee.

Lunch – Can be provided by Heather at Gopals, based at Easton Business Centre, if required. They can provide a range of cold and hot buffet options. Here are their Buffet Menu Options , if you would like more details they can be contacted via

Cancellations – In the event that a booking needs to be cancelled completely, we ask that we are notified two weeks before of the booking date, and if so, no charge will be incurred.

Cancellations within two weeks of a booking date will incur a cancellation charge on a sliding scale as detailed below:

Between 2 weeks and 10 days prior: 10% of booking cost

Between 9 days and 5 days prior: 40% of booking cost

Between 4 days and 1 day prior: 70% of booking cost

Cancellation on the day of event: 100% of booking cost

Should you wish to re-schedule the booking for another date within one month of the date of the event, no charge will be incurred. We allow a booking to be rescheduled only once; after this the above cancellation policy applies

Parking – We are unable to offer visitors (apart from the Meeting room host and Disabled drivers) on-site parking at the Business Centre during normal office hours.  Please ensure that all visiting delegates are asked to park off-site – there is plenty of adjacent free on-street parking.

Smoking – Is permitted in designated areas within the grounds of the Business Centre.
