Chief Executive: Matthew Johnstone
Matt has over 15 years of experience in the managed property market and joined us in November 2013. He has led teams and managed different commercial properties in England and Wales. Alongside the board, Matt has responsibility for the strategic direction of Bristol Spaceworks, and the management and letting of the available space. Matt would be interested in talking to any property owners looking to sell suitable property which would be ideal for the expansion of the Bristol Spaceworks portfolio.

Finance & Administration Manager (job share): Leah Pepworth
Leah is jointly responsible for the financial accounts and overseeing the organisation’s administrative processes. Leah joined us from a background in administration management and has worked for both FE and HE providers.

Finance & Administration Manager (job share): Coral Wellington
Coral joined the team in April 2018 and has worked alongside Leah as Finance and Administration Manager since November 2018. Coral has a wealth of experience in the Finance, Administration and Customer Services Sectors. She also has been the Treasurer for many local organisations including Umoja Women’s group and Easton Girls Football Club.

Community Services Coordinator, EBC: Jacqueline Cunningham
Community Services Coordinator at Easton Business Centre covering hours of 8.30am to 2.30pm. The first point of contact for both customers and visitors. Meeting room, franking and general administration are her main duties.  Jacqui comes to us from a marketing position in the wholesale stationery business. Jacqui has recently qualified as Mental Health First Aider and fundraises for several children’s homeless and mental health charities.

Maintenance Supervisor: Patrick Icke
Patrick joined the team in 2022 and makes sure the buildings are well-maintained and is the main point of contact for licensees when issues arise.

IT, Safety & Maintenance Coordinator: Steve Parsons
Dealing with all things IT, H&S and Maintenance, in addition to helping out with Reception duties. Steve has a background in Voluntary and Festivals work, as well as film production, music and event management. He is also a volunteer at the world famous The Cube Cinema and also runs an event called Bluescreen, which promotes the work of local filmmakers.

Community Services Coordinator, Redbrick House: Yasmin Qureshi
Yasmin joined Bristol Spaceworks in 2020 and shortly after took over the running of Redbrick House. Alongside the sales and management of Redbrick House, Yasmin is responsible for our social media output and works alongside Matt on the company’s marketing and branding output. Yasmin has a background in the Arts and her work has been exhibited in numerous galleries around Bristol.
