Business Link provides the information, advice and support you need to start, run and grow a business. Our service is impartial and our motivation is to provide practical solutions to customers and offer a fresh insight and an independent solution to their particular business needs.

We have the expertise to understand the diverse needs of local businesses and recognise the critical issues they face. They provide insightful and affordable advice, access to other specialist services and access to third party providers.

We appreciate you don't have time to waste, that your time is focused on running your business. Our advice and support is distinctive and always objective. We support all sectors and actively encourage enterprise. So whether you're in the private, public or voluntary sector, we'll work with you to help you understand what you need to do to get what you want from your business.

We are primarily funded by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) and supported by a number of other government agencies. Delivery and quality assurance of the Business Link Service is the responsibility of the South West Regional Development Agency (SWRDA).
