How to improve profitability in your business
With the current lack of business support services available in general to small businesses we are always interested in hearing about products and services which may help businesses to grow. Understanding your cashflow and your financial model is often the area of most concern to developing businesses.
We were approached by Peter Weeks of Metaphor Consulting who offers an analysis tool called QUAD - Business Builder as part of his approach to small and medium sized businesses. It costs £550 plus VAT and includes a range of analysis, reports and face to face meetings to provide insights into your business finances and suggestions on how to improve profitability.
