Are you thinking of relocating your business? Need to downsize? Need different facilities for your growing business?

At Bristol Spaceworks we look after businesses in the early stages of life, protecting them from the harsh realities of property ownership until they are ready to move on and take the plunge. Our smallest units are around 100sq ft and our largest around 1400 sq ft. We have a regular flow through of businesses coming to us, moving into bigger spaces and then finally moving on - usually into their own premises. With each departure we measure our success.

During this recession we have also seen a number of larger businesses needing to downsize, cutting their costs and hoping to ride out the economic downturn. We welcome businesses in this position and can offer some great spaces at affordable rents.Currently we have office spaces from 260 sq ft to 1020 sq ft available immediately. We also have several workshops available at 490 sq ft each. This is because two of our businesses have been so successful that they now need to move into their own premises to continue to grow and flourish.
